摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环在手术室专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法将PDCA循环管理法运用于我院第四期50名手术室专科护士培训中,发现问题,总结经验,在下一个循环中得以解决和完善。结果经过PDCA循环系统的、科学的培训,50名学员顺利完成培训计划,学员满意,与前三期学员比较,成绩显著。结论 PDCA循环用于手术室专科护士教学管理,有利于提高教学培训质量。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of PDCA circulation in the training of clinical nurse specialism in operation room Methods In the training of 50 clinical nurse specialists of operation room in Sichuan Provincial People＇s Hospital, after the using of the management of PDCA circulation, resolved many problems and accumulated experiences in the next circulation. ResultsWith the PDCA circulation training, 50 students accomplished their exercises and compared with trainees in the first three periods, significant difference was found in their performance records. The degree of satisfaction of trainees was 95%. Conclusion It is proved that PDCA could significantly improve the quality of training in the management of clinical nurse specialists, and it is worthy of popularity.
