摘要
潇河河道原设计防洪标准为 1 0年一遇 ,流量为 1 30 6 /s ,如今仅 2 35 /s的洪水流量就水患无穷 ,严重影响沿河各县 (市 )人民的生活和生产 ,制约了当地经济的发展。本文针对潇河河道防洪存在的问题 ,提出应采取的措施。
In this paper, the existing problems in flood control of channel of the Xiaohe River are reduced, some engineering and non-engneering countermeasures are also presented.
