摘要
在我国文化大发展大繁荣的大背景下,本科院校的校园文化建设也日益受到社会的广泛关注。教师在高校办学中起到不可替代举足轻重的作用,结构合理、素质优良的师资队伍是提高和保证高等教育教学质量的关键因素。因此,研究本科院校校园文化建设对构建良好的师资队伍的影响具有一定的现实意义。本文着重从校园物质文化、校园精神文化、校园制度文化和行为文化建设等四个方面粗浅谈了对师资队伍建设的影响。
Under the background of our country＇s development and prosperity of culture, the construction of campus culture of undergraduate colleges and universities has received extensive attention of the whole society. The teachers play a very important role in universities. Structure-rational and quality-excellent teacher is the key factors to improve and protect the teaching quality of higher education. Therefore, the research on construction of campus culture of undergraduate is significant to construct good teaching staff. The paper discussed the influence on teaching staff cosntruction from the campus material culture and campus spiritual culture, campus system culture and camous behavior culture construction.
