摘要
根据我国供电企业的特点 ,讨论了为供电企业增效的几种管理模式。这些模式与其他企业的管理模式有相同之处 ,也有不相同之处。在电力企业中 ,做为国有、具有垄断性的企业 ,有必要更新观念、适应用户需求 ,重视对管理模式的研究 ,进一步从管理上提高企业效益。
Based on the characteristics of power generation enterprises in China, six management models are discussed for increasing the benefits. These enterprises are nationalization and monopolization, so many new methods have been adopt in models. For improvement of the economic situation, the management models must be taken into account and more research on these models should be done.
