摘要
针对电力系统自身的特殊性,提出了一种综合重要性和概率性因素为权重的总加权时间最小的储备库选址方法。该方法首先定义物资需求区间概念,综合评估其重要度,再引入区间故障概率模型,确定其权重值,基于时间区间数交通网络,以限制期为标准确定储备库数量和筛选路径,建立和求解选址模型,得到最优方案。最后通过算例验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
Considering the own particularity of power system, a location method with the smallest total weigh- ted time is presented by using an integrated importance and probability factors as the weights. The method first defines the concept of material needs region and comprehensively assesses its importance; then introduces the interval failure probability model to get its weights. Based on the time interval transport network, the number of material storage and filter paths are decided by using the restriction time as the standard. And then, by building and solving the location model, the optimal plan can be obtained. Finally, the effectiveness and practicality of the method are demonstrated by using an example.
