摘要 叙述了应用x射线荧光光谱仪测定烧结矿中的TFe、CaO、MgO、SiO2、Al2O3、S。通过对其影响因素进行理论分析和试验研究,确定了最佳测定条件,有效满足了实验方法分析标准的要求。该方法具有快速、准确、精度高、成本低等优点,能及时为生产部门提供准确的参考依据,有力促进了炉况调剂,实现了高炉长周期稳定顺行。 X-ray fluorescent spectrometer is utilized to measure Total Fe, CaO, MgO, SiO2, Al2O3 and S contents in sinter ore. The authors carry out theoretic analysis, experiment and study on the influence factors to determine the best measurement conditions which well satisfy the requirement by testing method and analysis standard. This method, with advantages of fast speed, high accuracy and precision, and low cost, can provide accurate reference basis to production departments, which facilitates furnace condition adjustment. BF steady and smooth running in long cycle is achieved.
