摘要
目的探讨导致IVF受精失败或受精低下的原因。方法回顾性分析我中心2009年7月至2011年6月期间常规IVF受精失败或受精低下的病例资料,随机选取同期受精良好的病例为对照,比较两组间的差异。结果共1308例常规IVF中,受精失败或受精低下47例,发生率3.6%。受精失败或受精低下组与对照组(52例)比较在卵子成熟率和正常精子率两个指标上存在差异。结论我中心常规IVF受精失败或受精低下的主要影响因素是卵子成熟率和正常精子率。
Objective ： To discuss the reasons refering to IVF fertilization failure or low fertilization rate. Methods ： The data of the patients refering to IVF fertilization failure Or low fertilization rate during July 2009 and June 2011 were analyzed. A contrast group of the randomly selective patients who had a good fertilization rate during the same period was established. The differences between the two above groups were compared. Results ： The number of patients refering to fertilization failure or low fertilization rate was 47 in a total of 1308 cases. The incidence rate was 3.6%. Ovum mature rate and normal sperm rate were statistically different between the fertilization failure or low fertilization rate group and the control one. Conclusions： The main factors leading to IVF failure or low fertilization rate were ovum mature rate and normal sperm rate.
