摘要
目的:探讨中药跌打散冷敷防治膝骨关节炎术后关节积液的临床应用价值。方法:膝骨关节炎住院患者行关节镜手术后,予以跌打散冷敷,3次/d,40min/次,7d1个疗程。结果:32例患者回访,18例(56.25%)患者临床控制,8例(25.00%)患者显效,4例(12.50%)患者有效,2例(6.25%)患者无效。结论:跌打散冷敷能有效预防和治疗膝骨关节炎关节镜术后的关节积液和积血。
Objective： To explore the clinical application value of traumatic powder＇s cold compressing in prevention and treatment of knee joint effusion after arthroscopic surgery. Methods： Traumatic powder＇s cold compressing was given to knee osteoarthritis patients after arthroscopic operation, 3 times/d, 40 min/time, 7 d constituting I course of treatment. Results： 32 cases were visited, 18 cases of them （56.25 %） were under control, 8 cases （25.00 %） were markedly effective, 4 cases （12.50 %） were effective, 2 cases （6.25 %） were ineffective. Conclusion：Traumatic powder＇s cold compressing was effective in prevention and treatment of joint effusion and hemarthrosis after knee osteoarthritis operation.
