摘要
目的:探讨母婴同室病房护理安全隐患及预防措施。方法:选取于本院进行分娩的1143例产妇为研究对象,对母婴同室可能发生安全隐患的相关因素进行研讨,根据危险因素采取相应的预防措施,然后观察护理效果。结果:相关因素有产妇消毒、卫生观念不强、护理制度落实不到位、产妇或家属新生儿抚育知识掌握不足、护士经验不足、护士人员配置不足、安全管理制度不完善等;护理安全隐患的预防措施有:健全护理规章制、加强母婴同室病房的感染管理、加强对产妇及家属的健康教育、加强护理人才队伍建设,通过采取相应预防措施,1143例产妇中未曾发生1例护理安全问题。结论:母婴同室是增强母婴交流,加强母乳喂养,促进产妇和新生儿健康的有效方法。但是母婴同室也存在一些安全隐患,应给予积极的预防措施。
Objective：To investigate the rooming-in ward care and safety hazards and preventive measures.Methods：1143 deliveries at our hospital for the study of cases of maternal object,rooming-in security risks that may occur to discuss the relevant factors,according to risk factors to take appropriate preventive measures,and then observe the effects of care.Results：maternal factors related to disinfection,the concept is not strong health care and implementation of systems in place,maternal or neonatal rearing families to master the knowledge deficiencies,lack of experience of nurses,nurses,inadequate staffing,inadequate safety management system,etc.;care and prevention of security risks measures are： a sound system of care regulations,strengthen the rooming-in ward infection control,to strengthen the maternal and family health education,enhanced care of qualified personnel,by taking appropriate preventive measures,1143 cases of maternal care and safety have not occurred in 1 case the issue.Conclusion：rooming-in is to enhance maternal and child communication,enhance breastfeeding,maternal and newborn health to promote an effective way.But there are some rooming security risks,preventive measures should be given to positive.
