摘要
目的:探讨炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗青春期功血的临床疗效及安全性分析。方法:将126例青春期功血患者随机分入对照组与观察组,给予66例观察组患者炔雌醇环丙孕酮片口服治疗,给予60例对照组患者雌孕激素联合应用。比较两组治疗总有效率、控制出血时间、完全止血时间及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组与对照组治疗总有效率分别为100%和83.3%,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组控制出血时间和完全止血时间显著减少(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗青春期功血止血迅速,不良反应少,患者依从性好。
Objective：To explore the c linical effect and security analysis of Diane-35 for adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods：126 cases with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into control group and experience group.66 patients of experience group were given oral Diane-35 treatment and 60 cases of control group received estrogen and progesterone combined application.The effective rates,the time of control bleeding and completely stop bleeding and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results：The effective rates were 100% and 83.3% respectively with significant difference（P〈0.05）;Compared with control group,the time of control bleeding and completely stop bleeding in experience group greatly decreased（P〈0.05）;Incidence of adverse reactions in experience group was much lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Diane-35 for adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding has the advantages of reliable hemostasis,less adverse reactions and good dependence.
