美敏伪麻溶液治疗上气道咳嗽综合征93例临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察美敏伪麻溶液治疗上呼吸道咳嗽综合征(UACS)的临床疗效、安全性。方法:93例UACS患者随机分为治疗组48例,给予美敏伪麻溶液,对照组45例,给予复方磷酸可待因溶液。观察两组患者治疗前后咳嗽症状积分、卡他症状群积分。结果:美敏伪麻溶液组临床总有效率为85.42%,复方磷酸可待因溶液组临床总有效率为77.78%,治疗效果无显著差异(P>0.05);在改善咳嗽症状方面,第7d与第14d比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在改善卡他症状方面,第1d、第2d与第3d比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美敏伪麻溶液对于控制卡他症候群及咳嗽症候群方面优于复方磷酸可待因溶液。 Objective:To observe compound pseudoephedrine hydrochloride oral solution treatment respiratory tract cough syndrome(UACS),clinical efficacy,safety.Methods:93 cases UACS patients were randomly divided into treatment group,Control group of 48 cases,to give compound pseudoephedrine hydrochloride oral solution.Control group of 45 cases,to give compound codeine phosphate solution.Observe two groups of patients before and after the cough symptom score,catarrhal symptoms of group points.Results:Compound pseudoephedrine hydrochloride oral solution group total effective rate was 85.42%,77.78% of the total effective rate of the compound codeine phosphate solution group,the treatment effect was no significant difference(P〉0.05);In improving the symptoms of cough,7 days and 14 days the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).In improving the symptoms of catarrh,1 day,2 days and 3 days the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Compound pseudoephedrine hydrochloride oral solution for the control card syndrome and cough syndrome was better than the compound codeine phosphate solution.
