摘要
:为了防止夏季高温季节浇筑的混凝土产生裂缝 ,采用计算的方法 ,对混凝土在运输及浇筑过程的温度回升、富浆垫层对混凝土最高温度的影响、浇筑层层面的保温效果以及混凝土温度应力等方面进行了论证研究 ,提出了相应的温控措施 :①降低胶凝材料用量 ,增加粉煤灰掺量 ;②尽量浇筑四级配混凝土 ;③降低混凝土的浇筑温度 ;④初期通水冷却 ;⑤表面流水养护 ;⑥夜间浇筑 ;⑦覆盖保温。采用这些措施后 。
In order to prevent concretc placed in high-temperature season from cracking,computational methods are used to demonstrate temperature rise of concrete in the process of transportation and placement,influence of rich cement mortar cushion on the maximum temperature of upper concrete,effectiveness of heat insulation on the surface of placement layer and temperature stress etc.The following corresponding measures for temperature control are put forward:① decreasing the ratio of cementing material and increasing the ratio of flyash;② using 4-graded concrete as much as possible;③ lowering the placing temperature of concrete;④ cooling concrete in initial stage by circulating chilled water in pipe system embedded;⑤ watering on the concrete surface for curing;⑥ pouring concrete at night;⑦ covering concrete with heat-insulating material.Adoption of these measures can guarantee the quality of concrete poured in summer.
