摘要
介绍我国铁路货车现行的焊缝性能评定标准的执行情况,对比分析焊缝性能评定、焊缝缺陷质量等级和图样标注等方面与新的国家标准的差异,在建议尽快贯彻新的国家标准的同时,结合我国铁路货车设计制造的实际情况,提出可拓展的内容和举措。
This paper introduces the implementation situation of the existing evaluation standard of the welding seam performance of Chinese railway freight car; compares and analyzes the differences between the new executive national standards and the welding seam performance evaluation, welding defect grade and drawing label. The author suggests to apply new national standard in railway industry as soon as possible, meanwhile, by combining the actual designing and manufacturing conditions of railway freight cars in our country, the author puts forward new contents and new measures for improvement and development.
