摘要
在职攻读硕士学位与脱产全日制硕士相比具有自己特有的优势,越来越多的军校教员选择这种方式来进行深造。但这种方式还存在工学矛盾突出、教员放松要求和学位论文质量缺乏有效监督等问题。因此,应以教员所在单位、教员培养单位以及教员自身为出发点来采取针对性措施,切实提高军校教员在职攻读硕士学位培养质量。
The in - service study for master degree has special advantages compared with full - time study, therefore more and more teachers choose to follow this mode. But there are some problems, such as obvious contradiction between work and study, debasement of the standard, lack of effective supervision for dissertation, writing and so on. It is necessary to take effective measures based on the teachers＇ unit, the training unit and their own actual condition so as to improve the quality of on - the - job study.
