阐述液晶空间光调制器的设计原理、工作流程和设计方法。对视频信号做简要分析,对视频信号处理过程进行详细阐述,给出了硬件的设计方法和软件的处理流程,对使用的芯片的功能进行详细解释,对系统功能进行验证。液晶空间光调制器是一种对光相位进行调制的光学器件,该设计成果对空间光调制器的研究和制作具有较大的指导意义。
The design principle and method and the working procedure of a liquid crystal spatial light modulator are illustrated. Video signal processing procedure is analysed, the design method of hardware and the flow of software are given, the function of chips used is explained in detail, and the function of the system is tested. The spatial light modulator is a spatial instrument used to modulate the phrase of light. The result of this research is significant to the study and the design of the crystal spatial light modulator.
