摘要
介绍了国内大型煤化工项目空分设备的发展现状,结合大唐多伦煤化工项目空分装置的实际应用情况和天津荣成钢厂空分装置设计情况,分析了国内大型空分设备的设计能力,概述了国内大型空分装置静设备和动设备的制造能力,并分析了空分系统压缩机组的应用情况,在此基础上给出了煤化工项目选用大型空分设备的建议。
The present development status of air separation units （ASU） of large domestic coal-chemical plants is briefed, and the domestic design of large ASU is analyzed based on the application of the ASU in the Datang Duolun Coal Chemical Plant and the design of ASU for the Tianjin Rongcheng Steel Plant. And then the domestic manufacture of static equipment and rotating equipment of large ASU is briefed, focusing on the application of the air compressors. Base on it, suggestions are given for the selection of large ASU for coal-chemical plants.
