Determination of 43 Trace Elements in Rock Samples By Double Focusing High Resolution Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometry

摘要 以HNO3和HF高压密封溶样,选择各元素浓度分布高低兼顾的国标WBG07103和WBG07105作参考标准,以高分辨ICP-MS仪器测定岩石样品中40余种元素,方法检出限在0.1-188ng/g之间,各元素相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)多在5%以下,方法已用于批量岩石样品分析。 An accurate and simple method for the determinations of 40 or more elements in geological rock samples has been developed by using a double focusing high resolution inductively coupled plasmamass spectrometry(ICP-MS) instrument. Distilled HF + HNO3 and high pressure sealed Teflon bomb were used to decompose sample. Working curve was drawn from whole procedure of blank and national rock standard materials WBC07103 and WGB07105 which suitable concentration range for most elements to be determined can be covered by. The detection limits of this method are between 0.1 ~ 188 ng/g and the relative standard deviations for most elements are below 5%. It has been used to determine geological rock samples.
