摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定麻黄浸膏中盐酸麻黄碱与盐酸伪麻黄碱的含量。方法使用固相萃取小柱进行提纯,采用高效液相色谱法,使用C18反相色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(3∶97)为流动相,检测波长为210nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱在0.05~5.1μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.99999(n=5);盐酸伪麻黄碱在0.02~2.0μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.99999(n=5)。盐酸麻黄碱平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为1.7%;盐酸伪麻黄碱平均回收率为101.8%,RSD为1.4%。结论本方法简便,结果可靠,可作为该制剂质量控制标准。
Objective To establish an HPLC method to determine the contents of Ephedrine Hydrochloride and Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride in Herba Ephedrae extractum. Methods The solid phase extraction column was used. An HPLC method was used. The mobile phase was the mixture of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (3 : 97) with UV detection wavelength at 210 nm. Results Ephedrine Hydrochloride was linear in the range of 0.05 - 5.1 μg (r = 0. 99999, n = 5). Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride was linear in the range of 0.02-2.0 9g (r=0.99999, n=5). The average recovery of Ephedrine Hydrochloride was 100. 8%, and RSD was 1.7%. The average recovery of Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride was 101.8%, and RSD was 1.4%. Conclusion The method is simple with specificity and good reproducibility, which could be used for quality control of the drug.
