摘要
目的为完善我国药品监管人员培训制度提供建议。方法采用资料查询、比较研究等方法,分析我国药品监管人员培训机制改革与创新的必要性和可行性。结果与结论应借鉴其他国家或组织先进的培训模式,实行按需培训,实现成果转化,切实提高培训工作的效率。
Objective To provide beneficial suggestions for the development and improvement of training systems for drug monitor and administrators in China. Methods By way of literature review and comparative study, we analysed the necessity and feasibility of improvement training mode of drug monitor and administrators in China. Results and Conclusion We should learn the advanced training mode of other countries, combine with the training status of drug monitor and administrators in China, training according to need , and provide a reference for the development and improvement of training system of drug monitor and administrators in China.
