摘要
随着知识经济的兴起和经济全球化的发展,经济市场中的企业价值评估案例也日益增加。本文分析了企业价值评估的业务在与国际市场接轨时遇到的问题提出了目前应该更多地运用市场法来评估企业价值,并进一步分析了现在的金融市场对市场法评估企业价值的可行性,认为我国的市场条件具备了应用市场法评估企业价值的条件。
With the rise of the knowledge economy and the development of economic globalization, the business valuation case in economic market is also growing. This paper analyzes the problems when business valuation being in line with international market, proposes to use market approach to assess value at present, further analyzes the feasibility of using financial markets to evaluate enterprise value by market, and thinks that China＇s market conditions have realized the condition that using market approach to assess the enterprise value.
