摘要
造价控制是工程建设的重要目标之一。本文以火电建设工程为例,从投资决策、设计、招标、施工、结算五个阶段分析了工程造价控制要点,说明只有进行全过程造价控制、各个环节互相结合,才能达到控制工程造价、节约投资的效果。
Cost control is one of the important targets of project construction. Taking the thermal power construction engineering for example, the paper analyzes the project cost control points from the investment decision, design, bidding, construction, and settlement, and illustrates that only total course cost control and the combination of each link can achieve the effect of controlling engineering cost and saving investment.
