摘要
Phenylsulfonyl 2 propanone was reduced to 1 phenylsulfonyl 2 propanol with baker′s yeast in very high chemical yield and optical purity, this alcohol was then alkylated, desulfurated and esterified to the target compound S 2 acetoxyltridecane which had very high optical purity.
