摘要 急性肠系膜上动脉闭塞性疾病是一种临床较为少见的急腹症，发病率约8．6／10万，包括急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞和慢性闭塞基础上急性血栓形成两大类型。肠缺血耐受时间短，临床表现缺乏特异性，医师经验不足等诸多因素导致其具备发病急骤、进展迅速、病情凶险、
