摘要
本文报道一次(1ml/kg)及多次(1/10、1/30、LD_(50)18天)给予大鼠CCl_4后,在不同时间观察肝损害效应及其与肾上腺皮质激素的关系,并观察给予外源性糖皮质激素和皮质激素抑制剂后,CCl_4所致肝损害的情况。实验结果表明CCl_4引起肝损害的同时可见血浆皮质激素水平和肾上腺抗坏血酸含量明显下降(P<0.01),给予外源性糖皮质激素后可增加CCl_4的致肝毒作用,而皮质激素抑制剂未见对肝损害有保护作用。本实验提示肝和肾上腺同时受CCl_4的毒作用,糖皮质激素与CCl_4有协同作用。
The relationship between liver damage and adrenocortical hormone wasstudied on different groups of rats intoxicated by carbon tetrachloride (CCl_4)with either single or multiple doses.The influence of additional exogenousglucocorticoid hormone and that of cortical hormone inhibitor were also stu-died on the single dosed group.The results showed that injury of the liver ap-peared much earlier and more serious than that of the adrenal cortex.Both themorphological changes and the biochemical changes in term of hepatic enzymeactivities seemed to be aggravated by additional exogenous glucocorticoidhormone but no obvious change by addition of cortical hormone inhibitor.It isPossible that glucocorticoids act synergistically with CCl_4 to liver enzymes.
