摘要 CO2激光显微外科手术已得到了头颈外科医师的广泛关注,尤其应用于早期声门型喉癌,其复发率低,喉部保存率高,术后生活质量佳。本文就早期声门型喉癌的定义,CO2激光治疗早期声门型喉癌的适应证,术后疗效,与放疗、开放性手术相比的优越性等方面做一综述。 CO2 laser microsurgery has already got the head and neck surgeong great concern, especially in the early glottic caner. It has good results, well preservation of the larynx, satisfactory functional recovery. The review will dis- cuss the definition of early glottie cancer, indication, effect and the advantage of CO2 laser mircrosurgery.
