摘要
目的:探讨体外培养条件下人胃癌细胞系HGC-27肿瘤球细胞的干样特性。方法:SFM培养人胃癌细胞系HGC-27的肿瘤球,细胞计数绘制HGC-27细胞和肿瘤球细胞的生长曲线,96孔培养板接种计算细胞的克隆形成能力。结果:成功培养出HGC-27细胞的肿瘤球。生长曲线和克隆形成实验显示,肿瘤球细胞的增殖和克隆形成能力高于HGC-27细胞。结论:HGC-27细胞可以培养成肿瘤球细胞,肿瘤球细胞比HGC-27细胞更具有干样特性。
Objective ：To study like - stem characteristic of tumor sphere cell of the human gastric cancer line HGC - 27. Methods： HGC - 27 cells cultured in SFM were viewed by microscopy. The growth curves of HGC - 27 cells and tumor sphere cells were made by cell counting. The clone rates were measured by 96 well cell culture clus- ter. Results ： Tumor spheres were seen in SFM. The growth curves and the clone rates showed the ability of generation and clone forming of tumor sphere cell was higher than HGC - 27 cell. Conclusion- HGC - 27 cells can form tumor sphere in SFM. The like - stem characteristic of tumor sphere cells was higher than HGC - 27 cells.
