摘要
目的 :为腋臭根治提供一种优良的手术方法 ,提出手术设计 ,操作技巧及术后处理原则 ;方法 :根据腋窝皮肤及大汗腺解剖结构特点 ,采用S型真皮下血管网皮瓣 (SVNF)治疗腋臭 80例 ,随访半年 ;结果 :术后及随访结果表明腋窝形态功能良好 ,无明显瘢痕增生 ,根治效果满意。结论 :S型SVNF腋臭根治术优于药物注射、激光烧灼、局部皮肤切除术 ,正确的切口设计 。
Objective: This study presented an excellent operative method for radical cure of hircismus and the principles of incision design, operative technique and postoperative care. Methods: According to the anatomic characteristics of the armpit skin and large sweat gland, 80 cases of hircismus were treated with S model SVNF and follow-up for half a year. Results: Postoperative and follow-up results demonstrated satisfactory effects without remarkable scar formation in the armpit. Conclusion: The results of treating hircismus with S model SVNF showed more superior to that of local drug injection, laser scorching and skin excision. The excellent operative results based on precise preoperative design, operative technique and postoperative care.
