摘要
目的 :本文报道了新化合物果糖二磷酸镁 (FDPMg)稳定性试验结果。方法 :用以化学动力学为基础的加速稳定性试验。结果 :FDPMg 8%溶液 ,2 0℃ ,t0 .9为 12天 ,t0 .5为 78天。 6 0℃t0 .9为 45h。FDPMg干粉贮存稳定性好 ,常温留样观察一年 ,经检测含量不变。结论 :在 6 0℃ 。
Objective:The kinetic stability of a new compound, magnesium fructose-1,6 -diphosphate (FDPMg) is reported. Methods:The stability of the new derivative from fructose diphosphate was studied by the accelerate test of the chemistry kinetic.Results:The solution of the FDP 8%, t 0.9 =12 days,at 20℃;t 0.5 =78 days,at 20℃; t 0.9 =45h, at 60℃ The powder of FDPMg keeps its FDP content after preserving one year at 25℃.Conclusion:The study shows that the stability of the new derivative has been strengthened at 60℃.
