摘要
目的 观察国产引流置入物治疗顽固性青光眼的疗效。方法 对 10例顽固性青光眼施行颞上象限或颞下象限到赤道部区域的国产HAD房水引流物置入术。结果 术后半年以上由术前眼压 46 6± 4.5mmHg ,下降至 19 75± 5 .78mmHg ,总成功率为 70 %。并发症有短暂性前房出血 ,术后早期低眼压引流管过长或过短。结论 国产HAD房水引流物置入术较为经济 ,是治疗难治性青光眼的一种有效方法之一。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of aqueous humor drainage implant made in China for treatment of refractory glaucoma.Methods 10 cases with refractory glaucoma were treated by implantation surgery using aqueous humor drainage implant made in China from infratemporal or supratemporal quadrant to equator.Results The study indicated that the intraocular pressure was lowered from preoperative 46.6 ±4.5 mmHg to postopartive 19.75±5.78 mmHg.The success rate was 70%.The common complications were trasient hyphema,early postoperative intraocular hypotension,shalow anterior chamber,too long or short of drainage tube.Conclusion The aqueous humor drainage device made in China is an economic implant and one of effective methods for the treatment of refractory glaucoma.
