摘要
目的 评价白内障超声乳化及折叠式人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术的疗效。方法 对 16例 ( 18眼 )青光眼合并白内障施行白内障旋转切削超声乳化摘出及折叠式人工晶状体植入联合小梁切除术。结果 16例术后 3月眼压均控制在正常范围内 ,平均眼压为 17 0 1mmHg ,视力≥ 0 .5者 13眼( 72 2 % )。结论 该术式具有视力恢复较好 ,降眼压效果确实 ,并发症少的优点。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of surgery of phacoemulsification and IOL implantation combined with trabeculectomy.Methods 16 cases(18eyes)of coexisting glaucoma and foldable intraocutar lens implantation combined with trabeculectomy.Results At 3 months postoperative,the intraocular pressure of all 16 cases.were normal,the mean IOP was 17.01 mmHg.13 eyes(72.2%) obtained visual acuities 0.5 of better.the application of rotated-chipping phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation and trabeculectomy had been discussed.Conclusion This combined procedure obtained good visual acuities and lowesed the intraocular pressure with fewer complications.
