糖尿病人白内障超声乳化切口方式的探讨

摘要 目的 探讨糖尿病人白内障超声乳化手术的切口方式。方法  12 0例糖尿病白内障患者随机分为两组 ,分别采用表面麻醉下颞侧透明角膜切口和角巩膜隧道切口施行超声乳化手术 ,观察两种切口术中、术后并发症的发生率。结果 颞侧透明角膜切口者眼心反射及前房积血发生率均显著低于角巩膜隧道切口者 (P <0 .0 1) ;随访 1月后 ,虹膜后粘连及渗出膜形成发生率前者亦均低于后者 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。而术后视力无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 表面麻醉下颞侧透明角膜切口操作简单 ,并发症少 ,更适合于糖尿病人白内障超声乳化手术。 Objective To investigate the better method of incision in phacoemulsification for diabetics with cataract.Method 120 cases of diabetic patients with cataract were randomized into two groups,which were operated by phacoemulsification through a temporal clear corneal incision and a limbus tunel incision respectively.The incidence of complications during operation and postoperation was observed.Results The incidence of eyeball compression reflex and hyphema in the group operated by a clear corneal incision is less than that of group operated by a limbus tunel incision,so is the incidence of posterior synechia of the iris and anterior membrane.The postoperative vision acuity of each group has no difference significantly.Conclusion The phacoemulsification through a clear corneal incision is better operative method for the diabetic cataract,for its brief procedure and less complications.
