摘要
本文采用了革兰氏阴性菌内毒素定量、人类多形核白细胞的趋化性与白细胞介素-1的生成试验对春小麦、燕麦、玉米及亚麻籽尘的萃出物,进行了潜在炎症性的比较研究。结果表明四种谷类粉尘对大鼠的肺巨噬细胞有趋化作用,以春小麦作用最强,四者均能刺激白细胞介素-1的产生,他们的刺激指数分别为对照组的3.8~14.3倍,萃出物的活性与其内毒素浓度无关。上述结果提示了粮谷类尘对接触者健康存在潜在性的毒作用。
A cmparative analysis of inflammatory potential of spring wheat,oat,corn and flax seed was performed.The extracts were examined byquantification of Gram-negative bacterial endotoxin and chemotaxis forpurified human polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN) in the descendingorder of spring wheat,oat,flax seed and corn at 200μg/0.5ml.Interleukin-1 production was stimulated,as indicated by a stimulation index ranging from 3.8 to 14.3 fold over the controls.The activityof these grain dust extracts did not correlate with the endotoxin contentof the samples.The data showed a potential hazard to agricultural workers exposedto grain dust.
