阴道镜检查在诊断宫颈疾病中的应用价值 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨阴道镜检查在宫颈疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法对367例宫颈细胞学检查阳性或者有临床症状的病人进行宫颈阴道镜诊断和宫颈组织学诊断。结果宫颈慢性炎症阴道镜诊断符合率为97.39%,宫颈湿疣阴道镜诊断符合率为88.37%,CINⅠ～Ⅱ级阴道镜诊断符合率为80.85%,CINⅢ级阴道镜诊断符合率为66.67%,宫颈癌阴道镜诊断符合率为50%。结论阴道镜检查对部分患者存在敏感性高,特异性低的缺点,阴道镜作为一种辅助手段,在阴道镜下活检是明确诊断宫颈疾病的重要手段。
