摘要 目的 :评估人类乳头状瘤病毒 (HPV)核酸斑点杂交技术在诊断尖锐湿疣中的价值。方法 :采用地高辛标记的HPV分型核酸探针斑点杂交技术 ,对 5 0例外阴、阴道尖锐湿疣和 2 6例保存的尖锐湿疣病理石蜡标本进行HPVDNA检测。结果 :5 0例临床标本阳性率为 84.0 % ,2 6例病理标本阳性率为 84.6 % ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :斑点杂交技术结合组织病理学检查对尖锐湿疣有诊断价值。 ?Objective:To evaluate DNA hybridization of HPV for detection of the condyloma acuminata.Methods:Fifty clinical external genital and vaginal specimens and 26 pathological sections from patients suspecting of condyloma acuminata were examined with dot hybridization technique by using Dig-HPV 6 and 11 gene probes.Results:The positive rate was 84.0% in clinical specimens and 84.6% in histological sections.Conclusions:The results in this study indicate that DNA hybridization together with histological examination are important for the diagnosis of condyloma acuminata. 〔
