摘要
目的:初步发现天山雪莲调节免疫的有效物质群。方法:以体外培养的BALB/c小鼠原代脾免疫细胞为模型,检测天山雪莲提取物对BALB/c小鼠原代脾细胞增殖及对TNF-α分泌的影响,并初步获得各提取物的HPLC图谱,应用双变量相关分析法,分析药效数据与指纹峰相关性,探讨天山雪莲提取物调节免疫的有效物质群。结果:天山雪莲醇提物具有一定的抑制免疫细胞增殖及TNF-α分泌的作用,而天山雪莲水提物则无明显的免疫抑制作用,且通过HPLC对各提取部位中成分物质基础的分析,推断其中7个峰对应的组分群可能与免疫调节的作用有关。结论:通过提取方式与药效相关性研究显示出在天然药物的开发方面,药效筛选与提取分离的结合对揭示活性物质群有重要的探索意义。天山雪莲调节免疫的作用的基础可能是有效物质群。
Objective： To study the immune function of active materials abstracted from Saussurea involucrata.Methods： MTT method was used to study the proliferation of mice spleen cell.TNF-α synthesis of mice spleen cell was detected using ELISA.The relative peak area on HPLC of the independent variables was analyzed respectively.Results： Extracts from Saussurea involucrata can inhibit the TNF-α synthesis and proliferation of mice spleen cell.And 7 characteristic components of Saussurea involucrata may be related to immune function.Conclusion： Research of component-effect relationship is beneficial in screening out active materials therapeutic material basis in traditional Chinese medicine,and the pharmacodynamic effect is due to the active materials of herbel medicines.
