摘要
结合高速公路的实际需要,研究了钢纤维掺量对混凝土性能的影响。在此基础上,研究了粉煤灰掺量对混凝土性能的影响。研究结果表明:钢纤维对于混凝土抗压强度、抗拉强度、抗折强度、磨损量存在一个最佳掺量,其最佳掺量分别是1.5%、2.0%、2.0%、2.5%。当钢纤维掺量为2.0%时,粉煤灰对于混凝土抗拉强度、抗折强度、磨损量存在一个最佳掺量,其最佳掺量分别是15%、10%、15%,但粉煤灰掺量对混凝土抗压强度影响不大。
Combined with practical requirement of freeway, the effect of amount of steel fiber on performance of concrete were researched. Based on the test results, the amount of fly ash on the performances of concrete were also researched. The results showed that: the best amount of steel fiber on compressive strength, tensile strength, flexural strength, and wear extent were separately 1.5%, 2.0%, 2.0%, and 2.5%. When the amount of steel fiber was 2.0%, the best amount of fly ash on tensile strength, flexural strength, and wear extent were separately 15%, 10%, and 15%. However, the effect of the amount of fly ash on compressive strength of concrete was negligible.
