摘要
本文报告了某铁路工厂货车车间电焊工尘肺发病情况。现场粉尘平均浓度30.38mg/m^3,个体浓度20.58mg/m^3,其中70.42~83.70%为可吸入粉尘。在调查的660名电焊工中,电焊工尘肺患病率13.18%,发病工龄23.15年,从Ⅰ期进到Ⅱ期尘肺6.44年。病人有一定的肺功能损害,X 线表现为“P”或/和“s”。通过接尘量与尘肺发病直线回归分析,建议电焊烟尘卫生标准为6mg/m^3。
The incidence on welders' pneumoconiosis in a railway waggon factorywas investigated.The average dust concentration at the working sites was 30.38mg/m^3.The personal inhaled concentration was 20.58mg/m^3.The res-pirable dusts were 70.42—83.70% among the total dusts.Incidence ofwelders' pneumoconiosis was 13.18% with average working history of 23.15 years.Time for progression from stage Ⅰ to Ⅱ pneumoconiosis averaged at6.14 years.There were different defects in lung function among welders'pneumoconiosis.The characteristic of the chest X—ray picture of welders'pneumoconiosis showed“p”or/and“s”.According to results of estimationwith linear regression analysis a dust concentration of 6mg/m^3 might berecommended as the hygienic standard for airborne welding dust concentra-tion allowable in the workplace.
