摘要 目的探讨在抗TORCH-IgM型抗体检测中排除RF和特异IgG产生的假阳性和假阴性结果的方法。方法在抗TORH-IgM型ELISA试剂的研究过程中.用羊抗人IgG(γ特异)抗血清消除RF干扰。结果弱阳性OD_(450)下降不超过50%而非特异性下降约80%左右的情况下有效地消除了RF和特异IgG的干扰.结论在调整好特异性和敏感性关系的前提下,用羊抗人IgG(γ特异)抗血清,能有效地消除RF和特异IgG的干扰,使弱阳性不漏检而假阳性被剔除。 Objective To prevent false negative and false positive IgM test results caused by the presence of rheumatoid factor(RF) and specific IgG in some specimens. Methods Sheep-anti-Human IgG (γ chain-specific) antibody was used to resolve interference by RF and specific IgG. Results and Conclusion The method can efficiently eliminate RF and specific IgG interference, decreasing OD_(450)of low positivity by 41.9% and non-specificity by 78.8%. False positive result was ruled out and low level of IgM can be tested.
