摘要
慢性心力衰竭是一种危及人类生命的严重疾病,约50%的患者在泵血功能稳定状态下突然死亡,而死亡原因通常为突发致死性室性心律失常所致。稳心颗粒是一种治疗慢性心衰与心律失常的纯中药制剂,现代研究证明稳心颗粒能改善慢性心衰心肌细胞的电生理失稳态及细胞结构。本文主要从稳心颗粒改善慢性心衰心肌细胞的电生理失稳态及细胞结构作一综述。
Chronic heart failure is one of the serious diseases endangering human life. About 50% of the patients met sudden death when their pump functions were steady. Sudden fatal ventricular arrhythmia is usually the cause of death. Wenxinkeli is a kind of pure traditional Chinese medicine preparation used to treat chronic heart failure and arrhythmia. Modern research has proven that Wenxinkeli can improve chronic heart failure cardiac myocytes electrophysiological destabilization and cell structure. This article mainly reviewed the effect of Wenxinkeli in improvement of myocardial cell electrophysiological destabilization and cell structure on chronic heart failure.
