摘要
目的探讨在万级以上手术室延长手术台使用时间的可行性,提出新的符合手术室洁净分级的无菌手术台使用时间标准。方法采用平板暴露法及物体表面涂抹法分别对医院万级洁净手术室进行空气微生物检测及无菌手术台上物体表面微生物检测的采样,取样时间为0、5、6、7、8h,取样后立即送细菌培养并计算每个时点的污染率。结果在万级洁净的手术室铺好的无菌手术台可保持较长时间的无菌状态,各时点的污染率分别为0、0、1.19%、1.19%、0.85%,各组差异无统计学意义。结论在现今万级洁净手术室的条件下,动态空气细菌监测指标可以灵敏地显示,即使>4h后仍能保持较长时间的无菌状态。
Objective To study the possibility of extending the usage time of sterile instruments on the table in the clean operating room with degree of 10, 000 and above, and propose a new classification time standard of the operating table which is in line with the use of clean operating room. Methods Plate exposure method and surface swabing method were used to detect the air microorganism in operation room with degree of 10, 000 and select samples for microbiological tests from object surface respectively. The sampling times were 0, 5, 6, 7, 8 h. Bacterial culture was carried out immediately, and the contamination rates were calculated at each time point. Results The aseptic condition of aseptic operating table could keep for long time in clean operating room with degree of 10, 000 and above; the contamination rates at each time point were 0, 0, 1.19%, 1.19% and 0.85%, the differences between each time points had no statistical significance. Conclusions Dynamic monitoring of bacteria in air of the clean operating room with degree of 10, 000 can prolong the usage time of sterile instruments; the aseptic condition can be kept over 4 hours.
