摘要
目的探讨新生儿液体外渗的处理措施,总结临床防范液体外渗的经验。方法新生儿重症监护病房的患儿180例,根据入院顺序与家长意愿分为治疗组与对照组,每组各90例。治疗组采用静脉留置针(PIV)液体输注,对照组采用普通头皮针液体输注。结果治疗组并发症发生率为18.7%,对照组并发症发生率为64.7%,对照组的并发症发生率明显高于治疗组(P<0.05)。治疗组的治疗持续时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05),患儿输液期间体重增长情况明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新生儿液体输注中发生外渗的情况比较常见,而PIV为新生儿静脉输液治疗提供了可靠的静脉通路,可以降低并发症,延长静脉治疗持续时间,并且保持新生儿发育正常,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the handling ways of fluid extravasation in neonatal and summary the clinical experi- ence to prevent fluid leakage. Methods 180 patients were divided into the treatment group and control the group with hos- pital order and parents＂ will, each group had 90 cases. The control group were used normal scalp acupuncture catheter for liquid infusion, the treatment group were used PIV catheter for fluid infusion. Results The complication rate was 18.7% in the treatment group, significantly lower than 64.7% in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The duration of intravenous treatment of the treatment group was longer than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）, weight gain during infusion was significantly better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Neonatal liquid infusion extravasation occurred is more common, and PIV provides a reliable venous access for intravenous infusion, it can reduce complications, extend the duration of intra- venous therapy, maintain the normal development of neonatals, and should be promoted applications.
