高敏C反应蛋白与不稳定性心绞痛再发率关系的研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨不稳定性心绞痛患者,高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与再发率的相关性。方法选择本院2010年1月～2011年12月住院治疗的176例心绞痛患者。其中不稳定性心绞痛患者104例为研究组,稳定性心绞痛患者72例为对照组。检测所有患者入院时及经正规治疗后的hs-CRP浓度,随访6个月,观察心绞痛的再发、急性心肌梗死(AMI)、心脏性死亡的发生率。结果研究组hs-CRP浓度在入院时及经正规治疗后均高于对照组(P<0.01),且随访中心脏事件的发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 hs-CRP水平可以预测冠状动脉病变的严重程度和发生心血管事件的危险性,对评估冠心病具有重要的临床意义。
