摘要
目的探讨卡维地洛对老年舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)患者临床疗效。方法选择2010年2月～2011年10月收治住院的将老年舒张性心力衰竭的患者84例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各42例。对照组予常规抗舒张性心力衰竭治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用卡维地洛,疗程3个月。比较两组治疗前后6min步行试验,应用超声心动图(UCG)测定两组治疗前后心脏舒张功能指标,并进行统计学分析。结果治疗后观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后E峰、A峰、E/A比值和6min步行试验均显著改善(P<0.05),与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用卡维地洛可改善老年舒张性心力衰竭患者的左室功能。
Objective To investigate the effects of Carvedilol on diastolic heart failure in eider patients. Methods Eighty four cases of elder patients with diastolic heart failure in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment of diastolic heart failure and the observation group was treated with Carvediol based on the control group. The course of treatment was 3 months. The 6-min walk test was performed and compared between the two groups. The parameters of the diastolic function of heart before and after treatment in two groups were determined by ultrasonic cardiogram. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. E peak, A peak, E/A value and 6 rain walk test in the observation group was significantly better than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Carvedilol can improve the function of left ventricle of elder paiients with diastolic heart failure.
