摘要
目的探讨腮腺部分切除术治疗腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2005年2月～2011年11月本院采取保留腮腺主导管的腮腺部分切除术治疗的46例腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤患者的临床资料。结果本组46例患者术后随访1～3年,无明显凹陷畸形以及涎瘘、永久性面瘫发生,分泌功能正常,无肿瘤复发。结论腮腺部分切除术是治疗腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤的一种有效、可行的术式。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of partial parotidectomy in the treatment of parotid benign tumors. Methods Retrospective analyzed was conductive on the clinical documents of 46 patients with parotid benign tumors of partial parotidectomy surgery treatment in our hospital from February 2005 to November 2011. Results Forty-six cases had been followed up for 1 to 3 years, no obvious deformity and sialosyrinx and permanent paralysis was found, the function of the parotid gland was basicaly normal, no recurrence was found. Conclution The partial parotidectomy is a effective and feasible operative method for parotid benign tumors.
