摘要
设计了一种以AT89C51单片机为核心的温度监控系统,系统利用数字温度传感器DS18B20得到温度信号,AT89C51单片机将采集得到的数据经D/A和A/D转换后,经USB2005数据采集卡传递到上位机的USB接口,上位机软件利用LabVIEW软件控制数据采集卡USB2005,并利用其所带的驱动进行数据采集和处理。本系统电路采用模块化设计,温度测量范围随时可调,并利用上位机对测量的温度进行实时显示,可读性好。
Design of a temperature monitoring system with AT89C51 microcontroller as the core is introduced in this paper. In this system a digital temperature sensor DS18B20 is used to collect temperature signals. After D/ A and D/A converted in AT89C51, the signals are transmitted into data acquisition card USB 2005 and then to the host through USB interface. PC system controls USB2005 by LabVIEW software and completes data acquisition and processing. In the system, modularization design approach is adopted. The temperature measuring range is adjustable at any time and the measuring results can be played in real time with good readability.
