摘要
新加坡南洋理工学院在近四十年的发展过程中，通过向德国等学习与消化，确立了项目教学的基本形式，形成了一套自己的办学体系（NYP＋＋模式）。通过分析其机制建设过程，提出了一种参考思路。
In the past forty years＂ development, Singapore Nanyang Polytechnic （NYP）, on the basis of learning and digestion from Germany, has established project-based teaching frameworks, and has formed a set of their own school system （ NYP ＋ ＋ model ）. This paper analyses its mechanism construction process, puts forward a kind of reference.
