摘要
以专利分析为基本方法从国外混合动力汽车领域的相关专利文献中攫取竞争情报。首先利用专利引证分析方法确定该领域的强势竞争对手及核心技术要素,并选取本领域核心专利研究其外围技术分布情况,揭示关键技术的基本变迁历程;随后以代表性汽车厂商为例,重点分析国外竞争对手在我国的专利布局,为国内汽车企业在混合动力技术上的发展策略提供线索。
In this paper, with competitive intelligence obtained from related patented docu- ments concerning hybrid technologies abroad, patent analysis is used as the basic approach. Dominant competitors and nuclear technologies in this field are determined by applying patent citation analysis. Then, critical patents is used in researching its peripheral technology to re- veal the migration path of nuclear technologies. After that, taking some typical automakers as examples, foreign competitors＇ patent distribution in China are analyzed, in the hope of thro- wing light on China＇ s automakers＇ development strategies in this field.
