摘要
人工骨支架的微细结构影响移植后支架的降解和重构,支架孔隙分布、孔隙率大小决定了毛细血管的长入速度,同时也影响生物支架是否可以成活.利用分形理论对人体骨微观结构进行了分形特性描述,并提出建立人体骨微孔结构知识库的思想,研究了知识库和分形理论在人工骨支架微观结构设计中的应用,给出了一种人工骨支架微细结构三维建模设计方法,使人工骨支架更加符合人体骨的力学和生物学的要求,提高人工骨移植的成功率.
The micro-structure of artificial bone directly affects its biodegradation and reconstruction after implant surgery.Bone scaffold's porosity,pore topological size and its distribution not only determine the capillary ingrowths rate,but also affect the scaffold surviving in patients' body.The fractal theory has been used to assessment on artificial bone scaffold microstructure.Here,the knowledge database of human bone porous structure has been proposed.And this knowledge database is used to study the artificial bone scaffold microstructure design.It gives the design and model methodology of the artificial bone three-dimensional micro-structure.In order to meet the bone mechanics and biology requirements and improve the success rate of artificial bone graft,this methodology was undertaken to refine the design of bone scaffold shape.
