摘要
目的 :观察 8 Br cAMP对人肺癌NSCLC 3细胞凋亡相关基因表达的影响。方法 :将体外培育的NSCLC 3细胞分为实验组和对照组 ,采用原位杂交方法观察 8 Br cAMP对NSCLC 3细胞c myc、bcl 2基因表达的影响。结果 :8 Br cAMP处理后的实验组较未加 8 Br cAMP的对照组c myc、bcl 2基因表达降低 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :8 Br cAMP可下调与NSCLC 3细胞凋亡相关的c myc、bcl 2基因表达。
Aim: To observe the effects of 8 Br cAMP on expression of the related apoptotic gene in human lung cancer NSCLC 3 cells.Methods: The cultured NSCLC 3 cells in vitro were divided into the experimental and the control groups.The effects of 8 Br cAMP on expression of c myc and bcl 2 in NSCLC 3 cells were observed by in situ hybridization.Results:The expression of c myc and bcl 2 in the experimental group was weaker than that in the control group( P <0.01).Conclusion: 8 Br cAMP could suppress the related apoptotic gene expression of c myc and bcl 2 in NSCLC 3 cells.
