摘要
信息产业的成长和发展通过扩散效应,形成区域主导产业,实现产业结构升级.借助改进的灰色关联分析方法,分析2000—2009年中国东部、中部、西部地区电子信息产业的发展对区域产业结构趋同的影响.研究表明,电子信息产业发展引发主导产业选择,受地区利益影响,地方政府都偏向于选择信息产业作为地区主导产业,地方政府的博弈过程造成了产业结构的趋同.区域产业结构的趋同则需要中央政府引导地方政府合理选择主导产业,并加以重点扶植、优先发展,以促进区域经济发展.
The growth and development of information industry helps to form the regional leading industries and upgrade the industrial structure through the diffusion effect. With the improved gray correlation model, we analyze the input and output data from 2004 to 2009 in eastern, central and western regions of China, and discuss the influence of the development of electronic information industry on the convergence of regional industrial structure. The research suggests that the electronic information industry development influences the choice of leading industry greatly. Driven by the regional interest, the local governments tend to choose information industry as the regional leading industry, which leads to the convergence of in- dustrial structure. It is necessary that the central government guide the local government in the choice of the leading industries so as to promote regional economic development.
